ZACSO meets the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children

ZACSO introduced itself to the Ministry and shared information on autism as part of building lasting partnerships for community care and protection. The gathering reflected ZACSO's commitment to a Zanzibar where persons with autism are understood, accepted, supported and included in every part of society.

Real change happens through collaboration. ZACSO works closely with government institutions, schools, health facilities and development partners so that efforts are aligned and no one is left behind.

ZACSO meets the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children is part of a wider programme of awareness, early identification, therapy and intervention, inclusive education, family support, capacity building and community outreach led by ZACSO across the islands.

ZACSO extends its sincere gratitude to all partners, volunteers and community members whose support makes this work possible. Together we are building a more inclusive Zanzibar.
